Hollywood-Loved Skin-Tech Brand Foreo Warns of Tariff-Induced Price Bump, Urging Customers to Buy Before the Increase

When it comes to beauty tech, Hollywood is at the forefront, and no one has been more outspoken about Foreo’s skin-care devices than A-listers. Founded in Sweden in 2013, the brand is best known for the Luna, a soft silicone cleansing brush. And in just 10 days, the price of this viral face tool, along with the rest of Foreo’s inventory, will increase 20 to 30 percent.

On April 10, Foreo announced that in response to newly imposed import tariffs, the brand will be adjusting U.S. product prices by 20 to 30 percent. This will take effect on April 22.

Throughout its 12 years on the market, Foreo has garnered dozens of famous fans: Victoria Beckham, Gabrielle Union, Kate Bosworth, Chrissy Teigen, Hailey Bieber and Michelle Monaghan, to name just a few. When discussing her skin-care must-haves, The White Lotus star told People magazine, “I just started using [the Luna 4], and I love it. I feel like I’m getting such a good cleanse. It’s a game-changer.”

“This is one of the most aggressive tariff hikes we’ve seen in years,” says Mario Gomez, Global Commercial Director at Foreo. “At 130%, it fundamentally reshapes the cost of bringing our products into the U.S. Still, our first priority is our customer — which is why we’re capping our price adjustment well below the actual tariff burden. This is not the message we wanted to deliver but we believe transparency and fairness are vital right now. Our mission remains the same: to make self-care accessible, empowering, and effective for everyone.”
