A handful of stars from HBO’s TheWhite Lotus made a splash on Monday night by stepping out at New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art to attend the Met Gala. Lisa, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Walton Goggins and Aimee Lou Wood were among the high-profile Hollywood stars invited to fashion’s biggest night.
“I’m terrified because it’s my first Met,” Wood told Vogue live stream co-hosts Teyana Taylor and Ego Nwodim while standing alongside Schwarzenegger, who is practically a Met Gala vet at this point. Goggins also attended the Met for his first time, an event that comes just days ahead of his outing as host of Saturday Night Live. Meanwhile, Lisa proved to be in good company by attending the Met Gala on the same night as her Blackpink colleagues Rosé and Jennie.
The Met Gala serves as the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s annual marquee fundraiser. This year’s installment celebrates the Costume Institute’s spring fashion exhibition, “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style,” which draws inspiration from Monica L. Miller’s 2009 book Slaves to Fashion: Black Dandyism and the Styling of Black Diasporic Identity. The evening’s theme, given to guests and stylists as a way to interpret the dress code, was “Tailored for you.” Colman Domingo, Lewis Hamilton, A$AP Rocky and Pharrell Williams are the 2025 co-chairs alongside Vogue’s Anna Wintour and honorary chair LeBron James (who pulled out last minute, citing a knee injury).
Lisa in Louis Vuitton. The house’s global ambassador and Blackpink superstar wore a black bodysuit with an eyelet long-sleeved jacket, a pair of Vuitton branded tights and a black and white bowler bag. Also a Bulgari global ambassador, Lisa accessorized the look with a Monete necklace in 18-carat pink gold set with an ancient silver coin paired with multiple rings and diamond stud earrings.
Patrick Schwarzenegger in Balmain by Olivier Rousteing. “Olivier designed this from top to bottom,” explained the actor of his look. “It was great to go with him and watch him do his magic. I trusted him. I just put all the trust in him and he did a great job.” More details: The look comes straight from Balmain’s fall/winter 2025 runway presentation and features wide pinstripe twill pants, a two-button pinstripe wool jacket, matching gloves, a yellow satin shirt, a textured belt and a Balmain Anthem clutch. Schwarzenegger’s slicked-back hairstyle was styled by celebrity groomer Amy Komorowski using Bio Ionic.

Aimee Lou Wood, styled by Felicity Kay, in a look by London designer Priya Ahluwalia. “She led the way and crafted this wonderful look,” the actress told Vogue on its live stream. The designer separately told Vogue that the look was inspired by Congolese Sapeurs and is meant to be a “celebration of cultural pride and appreciation.” Wood accessorized the look with Hue’s So Silky Sheer black tights, white ankle socks by Bombas with red, white and yellow carnations hand sewn onto them, Cartier diamonds and Manolo Blahnik’s Camparisli heels. Wood’s makeup look was created using products from Charlotte Tilbury Beauty (including lip cheat contour duo) with makeup and skincare by Shayna Goldberg.
